Hi. Thanks for the question. Yes I do think gold is in a bubble. Everything that goes outside of logical reasoning is usually in a bubble. People still have to buy jewelry, companies need it in manufacturing and when it is priced out of reason, then it will come back down. Why do you say "good luck" on trust deed investing? We make such small loans on houses, it? doesn't matter if the housing market loses 90% of it's value again, we will still be safe, because the cost to build is higher.
